She had printed information sheets available for everyone with all the important apartment details, along with her business card so people could easily contact her afterward. The best idea by far was that she provided a tape measure for people to use during the inspection. It sounds simple, but it was honestly brilliant. I’ve been to so many inspections where I forgot to bring measurements or a tape measure to check if a bed, fridge, washer, or dryer would fit. Ariana clearly understands what renters actually need during inspections and made the whole experience much more helpful and stress free. You can tell she genuinely cares about doing a great job and making the process easier for people. Easily one of the best property inspection experiences I’ve had in Cronulla.
